A group of girls in our community near the Fleri Cheri studio and Angelica's house have been eagerly watching the neighborhood boys play soccer. This summer, we're thrilled to launch a new program just for them: volleyball! With the net and balls on their way to Haiti, we can't wait for summer vacation to kick off so we can host this program twice a week. The girls will gather to learn and discuss a new Bible verse before hitting the court. Each week, they'll memorize two scriptures, and at the end of the summer, we'll have an exciting competition to see who has improved the most in their volleyball skills and who knows the most Bible verses! We are anticipating between 10 and 15 girls and need $150 to provide a small snack and water bi-weekly for this summer program. We will also be gifting a water bottle to each girl who attends so they can stay hydrated.
