Although the cost to go to Honduras is $2,450, thanks to Fred and Deb Torneden, I am only needing to raise $1,225 for this trip.

Fred Torneden is the Kids Rock (children ministry) Coordinator at Rock Hills Church in Manhattan Kansas. After volunteering with kids every Sunday post the past two years and eagerly asking about each mission trips that Fred and his family went to, Fred and his wife Deb decided to sponsor half of the trip to help give me the opportunity to minister to children through Global Ventures. Isn't that amazing? Out of the 4 countries they will be traveling to this upcoming year, I felt called to go to Honduras when the thought of loving on and being able to connect the children in their native language filled my heart with joy and excitement.
