The purpose of VAL shall be to engage in philanthropic work in Guyana, with the primary goal of building a boarding school for boys and girls aged 10-17 to fulfill their secondary education, founded upon scriptural premises and excellence of process to prepare them thoroughly before they head to College or University or other skilled training and into the workplace.
