For 3 years, as a Senior Age food service delivery volunteer, I have seen first hand how valuable these weekly meal packages are to our homebound seniors. Many of these seniors have major physical issues, limited income, and are unable to drive, use a computer, and often do not have any family support. This food delivery service program is very worthwhile and much needed!
