The Dream Keepers Foundation, Inc. (DKF) supports scholarships for students attending accredited four-year institutions; community service projects; youth mentoring programs; and the “Dream 13“ youth program modeled after the national evidence-based Kappa League/Guide Right. The Foundation aims to do a collective good through our service to underserved communities throughout Kent and Sussex counties, Delaware. Our target population is predominantly, but not exclusively, youth. Our initiatives extend to elderly and disabled people and women with accompanying children fleeing domestic violence.
