You may recall that the two large units that air condition the sanctuary began failing at the end of the summer. These HVAC units have lived longer than their expected lifespan, and for that, we are grateful. They will need to be replaced before the summer heat returns, and we are launching a capital campaign to fund this significant expense.

Our beautiful church building is now 22 years old and beginning to require more-than-routine maintenance. The roof has recently been replaced, the stage rebuilt, new carpeting installed, flood repairs made, and drainage problems corrected. While we do maintain an emergency fund and a facility maintenance budget, they are not sufficient to cover such a large capital purchase.
