Where in the world will we go next?

Answer: Japan!

We would like to officially announce our next mission trip as Mission Trip Coordinators for @childrens.bible.ministries We will be returning to the FIRST country we ever went on a mission trip to… JAPAN!

We will be there in early August of this year!

The first 2 pics are the ones we took to announce our trip the first time, back when we were in college! Why not use them again? We are SO ECSTATIC to be back in the beautiful country that captured our hearts and really confirmed our calling to missions in Summer of 2016. We stayed for over a month as we fulfilled internship requirements for our undergrad, Luke’s being missions & Tawny’s being TESL (Teaching English). Check out all of the photos and videos we’ve included of our first trip there!

We will be working alongside ABWE missionaries, the Sadowitz family, during our time there. We will be running VBS/Day Camp for the children in their community, where they are actively working to spread the gospel. Our desire is to serve alongside the local church as a support system with the prayer that this trip will be a catalyst for their ministry there.

Our mission team will consist of CBM Interns, Directors, and possibly some more team members. Another goal of our trip is to provide the interns with an opportunity to experience the international mission field and give them opportunities to grow spiritually outside of their comfort zones.

We are in need of a support team for our trip to Japan. First and most important, we need a team of people to cover our trip in prayer, including the planning and preparation that is currently happening both here in the U.S. and in Japan.

Second, we need a financial support team as we need to raise $6000 to cover our flights and trip expenses.

Finally, if God leads you to permanently join our support team beyond our trip to Japan, we would be honored to have you join our faithful monthly support family. We would humbly ask you to prayerfully consider becoming a faithful monthly supporter of our ministry.
